While individually crafted products may not be eligible for returns under European law, we value your choice and aim to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. Therefore, we would like to acquaint you with our return policy below.

 

Return Period:

We offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date for all our products, including customized items. If within this period you decide that the purchased item is not suitable for you, you can return it to the seller after contacting them in advance and informing them of the return, as well as indicating the reason for the return via email: [email protected]

 

Return Guidelines:

The item you wish to return must be in its original packaging, unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and intact in its original appearance. This means that all labels and stickers must be intact and still attached to the item. Additionally, the item must not be folded, narrowed, or otherwise deformed. Only by adhering to these conditions will the product be accepted for return.

 

Shipping Costs:

The initial shipping costs incurred during purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. This means that if the item has a manufacturing defect or we made a mistake, and this was the reason for your return, we will reimburse the initial shipping costs as well.

 

Return Process:

To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period. They will provide you with all the necessary information. We highly recommend retaining proof of shipment. This can be a shipping receipt, tracking number, or any other document confirming that you sent the item back to us. This will help ensure a secure return process, and you can track the progress of your shipment at any time. Refund Process:

There are certain scenarios where our money-back policy does not apply. These include exceeding the specified return period or if the item is damaged or missing parts. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
